Tekashi 6ix9ine Arrested For Failure To Appear In Court

Tekashi 6ix9ine can’t seem to catch a break. The rapper was arrested in Palm Beach County, Florida, on Thursday. The Florida police witnessed a car committing a moving violation, TMZ reported.

6ix9ine was driving 136 miles per hour in a 65 mph driving zone. The police also witnessed that the car did not have tags on the plate. When stopping the vehicle, police noticed the driver was none other than rapper 6ix9ine. The “Gummo” artist was driving with a suspended driver’s license, along with having a traffic warrant.

He received the warrant for failing to appear in court on the date of July 12, 2023. This all started back in June when he was caught speeding with no proof of insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle.

The rapper was then taken into county jail on Aug. 9, 2023. 6ix9ine bond was set for $2,000; he was later released the morning of Aug. 10, 2023.

His lawyer and team have been reluctant to speak about his current arrest and traffic violations.

Social media is also going crazy over the fact that his race was listed as white. But Tekashi 6ix9ine, aka Daniel Hernandez, is indeed of Latinx and Hispanic descent.
