Soulja Boy’s Ex-GF Sheriff’s Department Seize Rapper’s Assets To Collect $500K Debt

Soulja Boy is being forced to pay up following his ex-girlfriend’s lawsuit win.

The “Kiss Me Thru The Phone” rapper lost a legal battle with his former partner, Kayla Myers, after she sued Soulja Boy for attacking her at his Malibu home during a house party in 2019. Myers was awarded $236,000 in damages and another $236,000 in punitive damages.

Big Draco later claimed that due to his being in an alleged financial struggle, he wouldn’t be able to pay close to half a million dollars to Myers. He went on to share that he already owed $1 million to the IRS and cited that bookings haven’t been the same for him since the pandemic, causing him to miss out on a lot of money.

Myers asked a judge to give police access to seize the rapper’s assets to make due of the 6 figure amount. She explained to the judge that Soulja Boy has several lavish luxury cars like a Lamborghini and several pieces of expensive jewelry.

“Defendant must be earning money from somewhere sufficient to pay for the rent and whatever other monthly expenses he has,” the judge explained in court documents obtained by Radar Online. “In other words, defendant is paying $300,000/year in rent alone. It stands to reason that he must have some other living expenses. And that money must come from somewhere. It is not coming from loans, for defendant did not testify as to any other debts.”

Soulja is said to be paying $25,000 a month in his California mansion.

He also has denied Myers’ assault allegations.
