Quavo has some of his fans concerned after the rapper’s recent tweet. It’s no secret a few months have been something difficult for the Atlanta native after his nephew/group mate Takeoff was murdered.

“I kno it’s been some years but now I’m taking Xanz.” the 32-year-old rapper posted on his X page.

The “FLIP THE SWITCH” rapper has been open about his past issues when it comes to substances in the past. With knowing his past struggles some fans felt as if the post was the message of him taking medication to deal with the grief of his bandmate.

“God bless you bro. Praying for your healing.” replied a social media user. “You don’t need Xanz bro” wrote another account.

Quavo’s assistant along with Takeoff’s mother are currently involved with a lawsuit against the venue in Houston where Takeoff was killed.

Quavo dropped his second studio album Rocket Power and two of the 18 tracks have Taakeoff on them.

His latest effort debuted at number 18 on the Billboard 200. The album officially sold over 32,000 units in its first week.
