Just weeks before Logan Paul is set to box Dillon Danis, his fiancee Nina Agdal has filed a lawsuit against his opponent.
The former Victoria’s Secret model has become a constant target for Danis in his back and forth with Paul. The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt has posted a barrage of content involving Agdal on his X account. It ranges from doctored photos, including one with disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, pictures of her with former flings and old videos of her talking about her love of sex.
However a post showing Agdal during a “romantic encounter” from over a decade ago was the final straw. The lawsuit states that the 31 year old has “suffered humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm” as a result. It also accuses Danis of hacking her Snapchat or receiving the video that potentially violates federal and state laws “from someone who had done so.”
Danis only deleted the video after being threatened with a bout cancellation by promoter Misfits Boxing.
The lawsuit demands at least $150,000 per every intimate image that violates federal law. She also asked for a temporary restraining order that would prevent Danis from posting any more explicit images going forward.
Danis has responded with multiple posts mocking the situation. Just before a photoshop inserting himself in the infamous OJ Simpson glove moment from his 1993 double murder trial, Danis tweeted, “I didn’t put a ring on it and she already trying to f*ck me for all my money.”
Dillon Danis and Logan Paul are scheduled to face another on Oct. 14 in Manchester, England.
