King Yella stepped in to share his thoughts on King Combs, saying he wasn’t in any gang despite a recent video online that shows him claiming the GDK gang.
Chicago rapper King Yella shared his reaction after King Combs recanted his gang affiliation.
“THANK YOU @kingcombs FOR TELLIN US U WAS JUST CAPPIN,” he wrote on Instagram. “YOU STILL WRONG. U LIVE A GOOD LIFE. STICK TO IT CAUSE THIS GANGBANGIN ISH NOT WHERE IT’S AT. WE CAN SWITCH SPOTS IF U WANT TOO.”
In the viral post, Diddy’s son can be heard yelling “GDK” and repping the gang by throwing up the rakes. After the clip had spread online, the Bad Boy Records heir spoke out to address the gang affiliation claims. He went on to deny having any association with GDK.
“I aint affiliated w no gangs & I’m, not a gang member!!” Combs wrote on his Instagram story.
Even though he let it be known he was not part of the gang, he still caught much backlash online. One of those led to questions being raised with King Yella criticizing the East Coast rapper. Yella was confused as to why Combs would stir up controversy amid his father’s several sexual assault allegations made against him.
“Aye, Puff’s son, I’m proud of you, man.” King Yella said in a video. “I make apologize and say they don’t gangbang. On a real note, you was born with a silver spoon. We switch spots. If you wanna be a gangbanger, let me be a millionaire, billionaire son. I’ll take that.”
