Jhené Aiko And Big Sean Denied Restraining Order From Accused Stalker

Jhené Aiko unsuccessfully sought a restraining order on an overzealous fan.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Aiko requested a temporary restraining order against 29-year-old Ian Craig Lees. Lees has allegedly attempted to meet and make contact with the Grammy-nominated singer multiple times at shows and events.

Aiko has accused Lees of breaching security within her gated Pacific Palisades community. In one instance, he fought a security guard and entered the home she shares with Big Sean, their son, and her daughter from a previous relationship.

As his efforts to make contact have escalated, Aiko stated that she is in fear for her life.

A judge denied the request for a temporary restraining order, which would have prohibited Lees from being within 100 yards of Aiko, Big Sean, and her children. The same judge will oversee another hearing about the matter on Sept. 14.
