Ice Spice has become one of the most sought-after female rappers that have emerged in the past few years. But before the fame, she was hoping to secure the bag with the help of another female rapper.

A now-deleted tweet from 2020 shows Ice Spice responding to Texas rapper Asian Doll with an interesting request.
“Girl, I got evicted this morning with my 8 kids they can’t eat tonight, and u my favorite rapper, pls, do sumn !” the New York rapper wrote in response to Asian Doll’s tweet about giving away $10,000 to four fans.
It seems as if the “Princess Diana” rapper might have been trolling because the 8 kids sound a bit much for the 23-year-old. Her fans also got in on the joke by tweeting at Ice Spice the exact tweet she did to Asian Doll. All jokes aside, the rapper seemed to be doing well off despite making jokes about needing financial assistance.
Nowadays, Ice Spice is reaching milestone after milestone. She was recently crowned Billboard’s Rookie of the Year for 2023.
“I have put in so much hard work, and it means a lot to be recognized for it and have more than just plaques to show for it,” she told Billboard.
The rapper has garnered mass attention not just in hip-hop but also in the world of pop music. She collaborated with pop sensation Taylor Swift on “Karma.” Ice Spice currently has four songs on the Billboard Hot 100, including “Barbie World” with Nicki Minaj.
