While in the thick of a sexual assault allegation, Dwight Howard admits to meeting a man for an alleged consensual threesome with a transgendered woman.

A man named Stephen Harper made the bold accusations against Dwight Howard for assault, battery, emotional distress, and false imprisonment after an alleged hook-up turned sour on July 19, 2021. In Harper’s lawsuit, it states that Howard was “going to do whatever” and Harper was “going to like it” while they met in Howard’s Georgia home.

“Defendant stood up (towering over Mr. Harper), grabbed Mr. Harper by the thighs, forcibly removed Mr. Harper’s underwear, held Mr. Harper down, and performed non consensual oral sex on Mr. Harper,” Harper’s lawsuit stated. “Mr. Harper was in fear of imminent bodily harm when he was pinned down and forced to remain in place while Defendant continued to sexually assault him.”

According to the victim, Howard allegedly asked him if he would be interested in having a threesome with a man or a woman prior to the meet up. Harper refused the offer before his arrival at Howard’s house.

As the two men began to talk and allegedly kiss for allegedly 40 minutes. Harper then claimed that “a man who was allegedly dressed as a woman” named “Kitty” arrived and knocked on the bedroom door.

Once the transgendered woman entered the room, she turned on a pornographic film and allegedly performed **** *** on Howard. As Kitty performed the sexual act on Howard, Harper tried to remain calm despite being uncomfortable, according to the Jasmine Brand.

“Kitty then turned on a pornographic film and began performing **** *** on Howard. Harper said he was uncomfortable but attempted to remain calm.”

After allegedly Harper stated that he didn’t want to join in on the bedroom action, he was forced to receive **** *** by Howard. Once Howard discovered that Harper wasn’t enjoying the NSFW moment, he allegedly stopped.

The 37-year-old former Los Angeles Lakers player admitted to messaging Harper prior to meeting him. The two allegedly met when Harper allegedly dm’ed Howard. Harper also claimed that Howard allegedly demanded nudes and explicit videos that include “*** *****.”

As the case and accusations garnered more attention, Howard addressed the case and lawsuit during his appearance on Angela Yee’s Way Up podcast.

“There was a lawsuit but they threw the case out because it never happened,” he began. “Why is it coming up now? Have you seen the stuff I’ve been posting?”

“Why at this time? You read the article, right? Two years ago, right? 2021. Why would all of a sudden now some stuff like [an] article about my character what I supposedly allegedly did with this person, and battery and assault? When I see these things, I know it’s an attack on my character and where I’m at in life,” he continued.

Howard also clarified his sexuality and stated that he is not gay during his interview.

“Now I want you to know I’m not like gay or anything,” he said. “I’m jus a lil nasty sometimes. Ion wanna offend you.”
