Drake shows a different side to him in his most recent Instagram post.
The 36-year-old rapper let his 141 million Instagram followers know that he’s completely in “dad mode.” He shared a candid parenting moment with his 5-year-old son, Adonis. In the picture, Drake sits behind his son and appears to be taking down the braids in his hair.
Several of Drake’s music peers took to the comment section to share their take on the image.
“Like father Like son,” wrote former Young Money label mate, Tyga. The “Hotline Bling” hitmaker also received a joke from fellow rapper Lil Yachty.
“It’s no way your sitting here acting like your braiding his for the internet,” he commented.

Within the same post, Drizzy shared a throwback image of basketball legend Allen Iverson getting his hair braided by his mother during a 2001 NBA game. The next slide is a mirror selfie of the Canadian rapper. The final slide shows a funny video featuring both the artist’s son and mother. In the short clip, Sandi Graham expresses gratitude for her new watch and goes on to ask Adonis how he feels about the gift.
