Drake Calls Out Security For Fan Rushing Stage: ‘Boy, You Slow As F*ck’

As Drake’s It’s All a Blur Tour stopped in Austin, TX, a fan and lax security created a potentially dangerous situation for the Toronto artist.

On Monday night, a fan stepped on the stage at the Moody Center and came within arms reach of Drake. A video of the incident shows the fan interrupting Drizzy, talking to the crowd by reaching out for a bro hug. Drake responded by pushing him back. The fan extended his hand again and came forward. The rapper then relented and greeted the unidentified fan.

“Y’all not doing security out here?” he asked on the microphone.

The Nothing Was the Same MC gently guided the fan to the edge of the stage and was met by a security guard walking up to the stage.

“Boy, you slow as f*ck,” Drake said to the guard as he pulled the young man off the stage.

After briefly pausing to share a confused look with the crowd, Drake continued the performance.

Drake’s It’s All a Blur Tour has nine more stops and concludes on Oct. 9 in Columbus, Ohio. On Sept. 7, Drake confirmed that his new album For All the Dogs will be released on Sept. 22. The lead single is scheduled to drop Friday.
