Diddy temporarily resigned as REVOLT’s chairman after receiving a $30 million lawsuit from his ex-girlfriend.
According to TMZ, the music mogul recently decided to temporarily step down from his position as REVOLT’s Chairman after he was hit with a series of sexual assault allegations and lawsuits.
On Nov. 16, Cassie Ventura, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, filed a $30 million lawsuit against him and claimed that Diddy allegedly raped her and physically assaulted her.
As the news of the shocking lawsuit went viral online, Diddy quickly and quietly settled the case less than 24 hours after the suit was filed. As New York City’s Adult Survivor Act came to an end, two more victims came forward and also accused Diddy of sexually assaulting them.
The second victim to come forward and also accused Diddy of sexual assault was Joie Dickerson-Neal.
However, after a date at a Harlem restaurant called Wells Restaurant, Dickerson-Neal accused the Bad Boy CEO of allegedly drugging her, sexually assaulting her, and filming it without her consent back in 1991. She also claimed that Diddy allegedly shared the tape throughout New York.
“As was his practice … Combs video-recorded the sexual assault. Days later, a male friend revealed to her that he had viewed the ‘sex tape’ along with other men,” the lawsuit read.
The third victim, who was identified as Jane Doe, claimed that she and her friend allegedly received an invitation to Hall’s apartment after an industry event.
According to HipHopDX, Diddy, along with singer/songwriter Aaron Hall has been accused of allegedly raping and sexually assaulting two friends around 1990,1991.
“Combs and Hall were very flirtatious and handsy with Jane Doe and her friend, offering them drinks throughout the night,” the filing read.
“While at Hall’s apartment, Jane Doe was offered more drinks and was coerced into having sex with Combs,” it continued.
“After Combs finished doing his business, Jane Doe laid in bed, shocked and traumatized. As she was in the process of getting dressed, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him,” the filing explained.
Diddy saw more fallout from the shocking week, as his DELEÓN Day Party was canceled amidst the allegations.
