Logan Paul’s fiancee and model Nina Adgal, sees a new victory after she was granted a temporary restraining order against MMA fighter, Dillon Danis.
According to TMZ Sports, the 31-year-old filed a lawsuit against Danis after being a subject of online harassment on Wednesday, Sept. 6. In addition to the lawsuit, she also filed for a temporary restraining order against him just weeks before his fight against Paul.
The New Jersey court has forbidden Danis to “posting content in any way depicting or portraying Plaintiff that Defendant knows or has reason to believe was never meant to be shared publicly or was obtained without consent, through the hacking of any of Plaintiff’s accounts or devices, or through any other illegal or unauthorized means.”
In addition, “all persons in active concert or participation” with Danis are covered by the restraining order.
Leading to his scheduled match against Paul, Danis made Adgal his target for online harassment as he made over 250 posts about the former Victoria’s Secrets model. He was accused of revenge **** after he posted an explicit image of Adgal and another person during a “romantic encounter,” the photo was taken without her consent, causing public humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm.
“Danis posted the photograph — entirely uncensored — from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff’s consent,” the docs claimed. “Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive.”
The mixed-martial artist took to social media in response to Adgal’s legal victory.
“Nina Adgel has filed a massive lawsuit against me,” Danis tweeted. “She filed a restraining order against me and is seeking prison time, so the fight is in jeopardy if I’m in jail. This is actually wild but I won’t stop f*ck the system come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking.”
The match between Dillon Danis and Logan Paul is planned to take place in Manchester, England, on Oct. 14.
