After threatening to file for custody of his youngest child with ex-girlfriend ChriseanRock, Blueface is now under investigation by the Department of Children and Family Services.
According to TMZ, the father of three was visited by the police nine times since May. However, viral video footage of strippers in the rapper’s home with his children present was the catalyst for the investigation.
“There’s booty cheeks out here, and you’re looking for chips and Slim Jims and sh*t,” Blueface said as his son was looking for snacks as the strippers danced.

Blueface was concerned that his child wasn’t interested in women, so Blueface asked his six-year-old son if he was gay. After his son told his father no, the 26-year-old dapped up his eldest child.
His two children are still in the custody of the rapper and their mother, Jaidyn Alexis. The DCFS investigation has allegedly come to a standstill partly because when deputies were called to the house, neither the door nor the phone were answered.
Law enforcement said neighbors had called the police to Blueface’s house due to noise complaints about loud music, barking dogs, parties and fights. Days after ChriseanRock gave birth to their child, Chrisean Malone Jr., Blueface watched her every step as he threatened to file for custody and publicly criticized her parenting skills.
“Sad part about all this is she doesn’t know we care about the baby more then her at this point she so selfish shes only worried about what she wants to do instead of what’s best for the child 24hrs later literally I can’t believe y’all thought a kid would change anything,” he tweeted in a since-deleted post on X.
He continued to blast the new mother. However, after facing significant backlash online, he deleted the tweets.
“If she don’t take my son serious an make that her main focus an priority for atleast 30days, I will file for custody you’ve been warned. My kid not finna be molested and touched on like everybody in her family dead homys I don’t play them typa games,” he said.
He accused ChriseanRock that their newborn child would be “molested” while in her care. Following the news that he’s currently under investigation, Blueface responded on social media.
“Old news,” he said on an Instagram live story.
