Birdman is getting a few things off his chest following the release of Drake’s For All The Dogs!

The Cash Money CEO took to social media to share that Latin pop sensation Bad Bunny had been signed to Drake’s label, OVO, since the beginning of his career.

“Bad Bunny already signed to Drake,” he revealed on Clubhouse. “Y’all just don’t know it.”

During his appearance on Clubhouse, it was reported that Birdman allegedly explained the history of Drake’s and Bad Bunny’s work relationship to Wack 100. The two international sensations reunited to work on Drake’s “Gently” track for his eighth album.

However, after Birdman shared the unexpected news, fans questioned if the Cash Money boss was telling the truth. As the bold claim made its rounds online, fans took to the internet and shared their opinions that suggest that he’s allegedly “cappin’” and they don’t believe the rumor.

As of today, the King of Latin trap has reportedly worked with Drake once before their 2023 collaboration, which resulted in their 2018 hit song “MIA,” which was released through Drake’s label, OVO Sound. Despite Birdman’s bold and new claims, Bad Bunny inked a 360 agreement with Rimas in April 2016 after posting some of his early tracks on SoundCloud, according to Billboard

According to OVO Sound’s official website, Bad Bunny isn’t listed as an OVO artist. At this time, Drake, Bad Bunny, Rimas, and OVO Sound have released an official statement to clear up and add clarity to this claim.

Following the release of For All The Dogs, Birdman reportedly called out several people online, such as Gillie da Kid, Rick Ross, and Joe Budden.

Do you think Birdman was telling the truth? Or do you think he was capping for the internet? Let us know in the comments.
