Adin Ross Explains ‘Free Tory’ Comment In Response To Megan Thee Stallion’s TikTok

Adin Ross isn’t sorry for what he said in the comments of Meg Thee Stallion’s latest TikTok video.

Two days after Meg posted a twerking video on TikTok and garnered over 2 million views and 400k likes, Ross savagely declared the internet “don’t care” and Tory Lanez should be freed.

“We don’t care. Free Tory,” he commented.

This comment almost immediately divided Lanez’s and Meg’s supporters. Another person deemed Ross a “dumbass” and said they “knew this guy was a dumbass.” Others came to Ross’ defense and shared his opinion.

After catching backlash from Meg’s fandom, “Thee Hotties,” Ross took to social media to address the comment and the internet’s calling to cancel him.

“Look, bro, I’m not apologizing for ****. It’s still free Tory in the ****** chat. I don’t care who ***** with and who doesn’t **** with me. I don’t care,” the 22-year-old said. “It’s free, Tory, no evidence on that man bro. Free him he’s innocent.”

Lanez was recently denied bond during his latest hearing on Thursday. According to Meghann Cuniff, a legal affairs journalist, the Canadian rapper requested bail in the felony conviction for the shooting of Megan Thee Stallion in 2020. Following his 10-year sentencing, Lanez took to Instagram to maintain his innocence, stating that he wouldn’t “stop fighting till I come out victorious.”

“Regardless of how they try to spin my words, I have always maintained my innocence, and I always will,” he wrote. “This week in court, I took responsibility for all verbal and intimate moments that I shared with the parties involved. In no way, shape or form was I apologizing for the charges I’m being wrongfully convicted of. I remain on the stance that I refuse to apologize for something that I did not do.”
