21 Savage showed off his new hairstyle for the ‘gram and even let an online user know he doesn’t care what they think of his transformation.
The Slaughter Gang rapper came out the gate in his career with dreadlocks that have become his signature look over the years. Now, the Atlanta native debuted a new look on Instagram, showing that he no longer has the locs and now has Pop Smoke-like braids.
“Got tired of the sister loc comments,” the rapper captioned on a carousel of pictures he shared in a matching Nike jogger set.
One of his fans seemed not so impressed with the braids. They shared their thoughts on 21’s look and got quite the reaction.
“Nothing will make him cute, idk 😂,” one user wrote, chiming in on the new hairstyle.
21 Savage had time and made sure to clap back to that exact user with his counter.
“And Photoshop can’t make you thick, queen,” he said, roasting the fan in his comments.
Meanwhile, the “Bank Account” rapper has now been granted U.S. Citizenship after a four-year immigration battle. He also just announced that he’s adding extra dates on his tour overseas for the first time in his career. Now that his immigration issues are behind him, he’s taking his musical talents to the United Kingdom and Europe next month.
